Board and management changes at Assemblin Caverion Group

Jacob Götzsche has been appointed Group CEO of Assemblin Caverion Group. He succeeds Mats Johansson, who will transition from the role of Group CEO and join the Board. In connection with the leadership transition, Philip Carlsson has been appointed Deputy Group CEO, while continuing in his role as Group CFO. Mikael Aro, Operating Partner at Triton, has been elected Chairman of the Board.
